Why does Microsoft's Anit-Spyware software look EXACTLY like counter spy
(http://www.sunbelt-software.com/product.cfm?id=410)? Is it being developed
by the same people or did someone just copy off the other?

Microsoft bought Giant which did some work for Sunbelt Software.
