possible reasons
1) Make sure the EE front ends are configured for MTLS. Cross home server
traffic is via MTLS
2) The certificate used for MTLS should be issued to the pool name
3) Make sure the EE pool FQDNs is resolvable from either of the EE servers.

same pool i get no problems
