Giovanni,
HIS doesn't do this out of the box. You could get some add-on 3rd party
software from Barr, Microgate, Serengeti (and probably others). Or, you could
write your own code using the SLI/RUI interfaces perhaps.
Another possibility would be to use Connect:Direct (SterlinCommerce) which you
might already have for file transfers. As well as file transfers it also has a
"run task"/"run job" functionality that will allow you to do what you want.
