I've had FRS working fine for several months now, until
yesterday. My replica set has 4 targets.

Since yesterday morning 2 of the targets have suddenly
started reporting backlogged files in SONAR. The backlogs
are growing at a very quick rate, about 10,000 per hour
(much quicker than what people could actually be
changing).

The strange thing is that replication seems to be working.
If I add a file one one server it gets replicated to all
the others almost immediately.

Checking on the backlogged servers reveals that the FRS
staging file is not being cleared and seems to be full of
all the legitimate changes made to the files (about 1,000).

I'm worried that I could be headed for a journal wrap if I
don't fix this quickly.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Has someone changed the ACLs recently? Changing ACLs forces a full
replication,
Anthony
