This service constantly needs to be restarted day after day to run our SQL backup using veritas 9.1, the software is on a server and we back up sql on another server by going to tape. This service must be restarted every morning before I can run the sql backup otherwise it fails, before i restart the service i go into veritas and when it gets to showing the job it is blank on every page up until you restart the service MSQL$BKUPEXEC then relaunch veritas and then you can see it. I can not upgrade this 9.1 as we have a license issue and we have 10.0 already on another machine, my supervisor does not want to pay for another license. Rolling Eyes
