Our Exchange server is getting Dr. Watson errors for the MTA, and it won't run. There's a hotfix for this but when we call MS to get it, they tell us that they don't support 5.5 anymore and have a nice day. We are migrating off our Exchange 5.5 server, but aren't done yet.
Is there anywhere else we can get this hotfix, or someone else that we can get help from?

Your problem isnt that they do not support 5.5 it is because,

I would try googling for the patch, there are some sites which offer MS hotfixes such as this.
