As far as I know, yes...
At my job, we use SBS2003. Terminal Service Manager was
installed when we got the server. |

I went to work and checked. It was definately installed on sbs2003.
If you goto Administrative Tools>Terminal Service Manager you can
configure the server there. |

Installing Terminal Server |
|
|
To install Terminal Server, go to add/remove programs. Click on Add/Remove Windows Components. And then click on the checkbox for Terminal Server and that will install it for you. Now if you are only needing it for two people, only install it for administrators, but if you need it for more users, you are going to need licensing for it as well.
Hope this helps,

SteveAbram,
I have tried to go there but in my SBS2003 i dont seem to have terminal Server under Windows componets. All i can see lelated to Terminal server is Terminal server licensing (licesence server)
Am now thinking of downgrading to 2003 server..!! |

I don't recommend it because Microsoft's white papers suggest your TS machine should be a standalone machine with at least 4GB of RAM since TS is a hog when it comes to resources. With this in mind and the fact that your SBS could be running Exchange, SQL, and even ISA Server you could be setting yourself up for a disaster.
Is it possible that it will work, Yes. Would I install it on SBS if I had Exchange, SQL and ISA running on it? NO!
