We had a branch office with its own PDC (winnt 4.0 server), BDC (nt4.0). Now We are connecting the branch with our head office and we have to make the branch as a child-domain of our company domain. For that we build a win2K child domain server. But don't know how to demote the old PDC. We cannot decomission the server as main database is running on the same machine. Is there any tool? Or can anyone please help me?
