Hi. I have an IT person who's leaving the company today, and I would to
force a password change to all users. Any ideas on a easy way to do this.

If this is 2003, highlight the members you want to force a change, right
click and select properties. Select the account tab and check "User must
change password at next logon"

Or force the value of zero into the pwdLastSet attribute of the user account.
