Hello - I jumped the gun and installed Exchange SP2 on SBS 2003 with all the
updates.

Now all the incoming e-mail message are stuck in the local delivery queue in
a retry state.

I found KB896363 which discusses this EXACT thing but the hotfix (that I had
to call for) is for SP1 not SP2.

Can anyone help?

Iinstalling Exchange SP2 does not require you to reboot your server ... but
you really should. So, let's try the simple thing first ... have you
rebooted your server?

Kevin -

Thanks for the reply!!!

YES - I did reboot. Sometime we forget the obvious...

but here is the....

****** SOLUTION *******

OK - after hours on the phone with Microsoft, We finally found the issue.

Serveral of the mailboxes got corrupted during the upgrade to SP2.

Had to use the ExMerg to recover the corrupted mail boxes.

Here is a good article on how to do that.

Hope no one else experiences this.
