Hello,

I want to migrate 2000 AD to 2003 AD. I noticed that when I tried to access
the "Domain Controller Security Policy" on the existing Windows 2000 DC, I
get and "Access is Denied" message. I have tried running this under several
accounts with Domain Admin rights.

Any suggestions??Thanks in advance.

Hello,

The "Access Is Denied" error when opening the Default Domain Controller
Security Policy may be caused by the SMB signing settings.

We have documented an article for this issue. Please try the suggestions
in the article and let me know if it helps.
