overloaded cpu alert |
|
|
I have an critical error alert that was generated for an overloaded cpu
condition. My question is, why didn't the green check mark under OS on
the state view turn red for this server. Also, why didn't display
column on the state view for Open Alerts turn red.
Thanks in advance,
Larry |

Hello,
Thank you for your posting!
If you want to display a column on the state view, I recommend that you
should use Management Pack Wizard to create a custom Management Pack, Import
and Add it to the suitable Computer Group.
If you have any questions, please feel to let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.

The Alert needs to have the Server role, Instance and Component set. |
Then this will reflect in the state view etc.
To be able to set this click on the Edit button next to Alert Severity
to specify the conditions when its bad and when its good.
