TLS Comm error (LCS 2003 / Windows Messenger 5.1) |

I have two users at a remote site who cannot access our LCS 2003 server.
They connect via TLS. All other sites are working fine.
I turned on tracing on one of the workstations and logged these errors:
16:05:36.106 E7C:F8C ERROR :: ASYNC_SOCKET::OnTimerExpire - SSL socket still
not connected
16:05:36.106 E7C:F8C ERROR ::
OUTGOING_TRANSACTION::OnRequestSocketConnectComplete - connection failed
error 80ee0069
To really confuse the issue, I rebooted the server two days ago. For the
remainder of that day, they were able to connect. Next day, no go.
I've searched Technet, Google, newsgroups without success. I'm hoping
someone here can chime in with the perfect fix.
