We have to move close to a hundred CNAME records from one active directory
integrated zone into another active directory integrated zone. What is the
best way of moving these CNAME records without having to do it manually? I
came across the DnsCmd utility but I wasn't sure if this would work.

Are there any Microsoft utilities or 3rd party utilities to perform this task?

Thanks in advance for your help!

DNSCMD is your best bet. Another to export and import zones is DNSDump:

Dean Wells' DNSDump:
