Hi Mike

SBS can do this via redirecting My Folders to the server. This also enables
offline files. This can be done from the users section from the SBS Managment
Console, Click Users > On the left hand side click configure My Documents
Redirection.

Of course it is possible, you prepare a script or cmd file on one
master workstation, when this backup script is working fine, you
schedule a task on network drive instead on local drive.
And for all other stations, normally over network browser you
have acces to the Schedule task manager, you can add a task
to run this backup script. With administrator account of SBS
you can also push the script over admin share c$ of each
machine. Mapped network drive can be the name of machine
to separate each backup files.
