We have both Windows 2000 and 2003 servers. How can I manage them from my
XP workstation? Thanks.

There are many Windows management tools available - it all depends on what
you want to manage. Perhaps the easiest all purpose method is to install
Terminal Services in Administration mode on the Win2k servers and enable RDP
on the Windows 2003 servers - then you can access these servers with the XP
RDP client. Also, if you right click on My Computer, select Manage, then
right click on Computer Management (Local); you can connect to another
computer. To manage specific server roles, you can install adminpak.msi
from the server CD.
