More general information on the product at www.microsoft.com/livecomm/
There is a sample, the Role Agent that shows how to use LCS to dispatch
requests to one of a list of people in a role such as "Helpdesk".

On the product side SupportSoft makes the helpdesk software that we use in
Microsoft and they have integration with LCS for communications between the
helpdesk staff and clients. This is a full function commercial product.

accounts at once. Kind of like AOL allows you to login to one account,
but
its linked to other accounts. I would like to be able to have our help
desk
login as themselves and a generic helpdesk SIP. Can I do something where
the
users login as both names, or the SIP address helpdesk@company.com gets
forwarded to all the help desk users? |
