I suspect that server is configured to not work recursive
queries and so is returning referal information.
If you would turn on debugging output in nslookup you
would see in the response that it does not state that
"recursion avail." and does state "answers=0"
Notice that ns.nease.net will answer with authority for
query of nease.net.
