I currently have attached storage, two identical nodes and I am proceeding to
configure the cluster. Despite ALL attempts, when prompted to name the
cluster, regardless of ANY name I choose, I get the following error:

<clustername> Found an existing cluster or node with the name <clustername>
Choose another name.

This occurs after rebuilds, different node names, different cluster names,
etc. I cannot seem to get around this glitch.... any ideas?

What is you build process? From an image? Try this on the new node - before
you cluster it:

cluster node machinename /forcecleanup

Replace machinename with the machine's actual name.

Cheers,

Rod
