I have a error with one of my Zones (4515), the error I
get is "the zone domain.local was previously loaded from
the directory partition MicrosoftDNS but another copy of
the zone has been found in directory partition
DomainDnsZones.domain.local" It then says to resolve the
conflict ASAP. It refrences that the if a zone was moved
its okay, we have not moved any zones & it wants me to
delete on of the zones, problem being I dont know what
zone to delete. I am somewhat new to Zones & trying to
get a handle on this so any help would be appreciated.
We have 2 Domain Controllers but the only one is giving
this error & its on the DNS server. How can I figure out
which zone needs to be deleted & do I need to backup the
DNS zones? Thanks in advance for any help.

In AD Users & Computers, expand System, open MicrosoftDNS, delete the object
named beginning with a CNF.

Kevin I dont see the "expand system" open MicrosoftDNS in
AD Users & computers. Shouldnt I be in DNSMGT in
administrative tools to do this? I looked around but am
not able to find where you are talking about in AD Users &
Computers. In advance I appreciate your help.
