We are using Sharepoint to set up a helpdesk ticketing system.
We are trying to use ID as our ticket number since it's an autonumber field.
THe problem is that the autonumber stays at 0. How do we get this to
autonumber and not always show up as 0?
Does anyone know how to do this without doing some programming?
