....lso try holding shift + Delete on the item to bypass the deleted
item box.
At last resort and if all else fails, (only at last resort), open the M:
drive on the server (only under Ex2000) and find the article and delete
it. Be careful and do not play with permissions etc.

I am running Outlook 2002 with SBS 2000. I have one message within my inbox
that I can't delete or move. I even try to delete or move within OWA but
