Use the Commerce Server Manager to check the connection strings for the SQL
server and the Analysis server.

Thanks Brian! That seemed to work
But it is still failing on the same step, but now I don't get an
error message
I'm starting to think whoever setup this datawarehouse stuff did no
do it correctly. Is there a way to reinstall just the datawarehous
piece without overwriting all of our other work
Thanks

Using the Commerce Server Manager:
1. Under Commerce Sites, remove the Site Data Warehouse resource for your
site.
2. Under Global Resources Remove the Global Data Warehouse resource.
3. On the Commerce Sites node, right click and choose 'New'/''Unpack
Site'. Choose the pup package that contains the DW (the name depends on
which version you're running. It might be Retail, or CSharpSite). Choose
the 'Custom Unpack' option and then choose 'Add a resource to an existing
site'. Click through the rest of the menus and supply values for server
and db names where appropriate.
Using the SQL Server Enterprise Manager
1. Run the configuration Sync DTS task and the DW data population tasks
for your site.
Good luck.
