Is there a way to use Robocopy to synchronize both ways between 2 servers?

It seems like all the documentation refers to one way synchronization,
basically replicating files from a source to a destination, but I was
wondering if there was any way to synchronize both ways.

The problem with doing this is going to be lack of conflict resolution.
Robocopy will either overwrite files or not, therefore you are going to need
to build in conflict resolution (at the simplest level done via timestamp)
through another system such as via script.

You may find FRS is more beneficial for this.

You might also be interested in the new replication systems coming in R2 -
