Winzip (www.winzip.com) You can "Zip and Email" the folder by
right-clicking on it. There is a nifty little Winzip dialog right there.
Your questions would be best directed to a newsgroup related to Windows.
This newsgroup is dedicated to Microsoft's Live Communication Server. LCS is
a Real-Time Collaboration product that provides both internal and external
Instant Messaging (IM) capabilities and presence awareness. LCS also
includes functionality to archive Instant Messages to a SQL server.
With the addition of LCS 2005 SP1 there are several new features added. One
of the more anticipated features is the ability for an organization with an
Enterprise Agreement, or similar volume license agreement with Microsft, to
purchase a public IM connectivity license (PIC) and, through their LCS
infrastructure and access proxy(ies), connect their internal LCS servers to
the public IM space owned by Yahoo!, AOL, and MSN.
LCS is popular with corporations and organizations who don't want to give up
the benefits of IM and presence, but require a solution to be brought
in-house so that they may meet their compliance objectives, such as
archiving and secure communications.

any way of doing that instead of attaching seperately each file?
Thanks!
