I have a customer who currently has the full SBS application plus all of the
Exchange data on one partition (C:). The partition is rather small so they
are quickly running out of room.I read the migration plan in the link below
and it looks pretty straightforward. My question though is whether it would
be advisable to perform this remotely or do I need to be on-site?
I am asking because I am about 2 hrs away from the client and it would
obviously make the job significantly less costly to do remotely. Any advice
or suggestions would be appreciated..

I cannot speak from experience with this particular doc, but I would always
plan on being there. You never know what's going to go wrong. Even a simple
thing like having to swap out an installation CD requires your physical
presence.
