Is there any way to change the way SBS/Exchange handles attachment blocking
short of going thru the internet/mail setup wizard on the todo list ???

I just did this and it worked (read it here somewhere) but that seems kind
of klunky everytime you want to modify the except/reject list. Must be a
better way.

Thanks ...

Hi John,

Thank you for posting here.

From the description, I understand that you want to a find way to change
the attachment types that is blocking rather than rerun CEICW in the To Do
list. If I am off base, please feel free and let me know.

Based on my research, the blocked attachment types are stored in a file
named SecAttsConfig.XML. You can find this file from the "Program
Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\Networking\" folder. Our
official support method to change the blocked attachment types is through
CEICW. However, you can also change it directly through the file but we are
unable to support this method. Please use this option at your own risk.

I hope the above information is useful to you, if you any questions please
feel free and let me know.

Have a nice day!
