hi,
i have accidentally removed IIS before uninstalling SPS 2003.
now i can't uninstall SPS 2003.
any help?

On my opinion you should re-install the server (including the OS)
I've performed a dozens of sps installations and uninstalles. And I
think the best way to reinstall all the server. It' will take you less
time than to troubleshoot the errors in the future.
(I suggest you to use NTBACKUP next time)
