I'm the admin and I have no problems logging onto to my account via RWA. But
when I do the same for another person's account in our network, I log in, but
OWA does not display any emails, deleted, inbox or otherwise.

Strange. Everything else works.
Any suggestions?

What antivirus software do you have installed?

Well, the network has Norton Corporate 8.0.

I don't think this is the issue as I can log onto any account except this one.

We're running SBS Premium, btw.

Exchange SP1 fixed this problem for me.

Hi Dano,

Is SP1 for Exchange with the additional SBS hotfix installed yet?

Marina,

Yes, I believe I installed that several months ago. I do updates regularly.
where would the hotfix be found?

I'm assuming it's not part of windows server update.
