Hi Javier,

please check in the SCA if the web site you are hitting is enabled as a MCMS
web entry point.
Also ensure that the "Map channel name to host header name" feature is
disabled.

Cheers,
Stefan.

How can I check that the Web site is enabled that a MCMS web entry point?, I
checked the "Map channel name to host header name" and is disable.

And when I checking your recomendations i discover that the "cache
configuration" in the SCA do not functions.

Hi Javier,

there is a web tab in the SCA.
Check if your website is correctly configured.

What do you mean with "the cache configuration in the SCA do not function"?

Cheers,
Stefan.

Hi Javier,

please check if this is a "Page not found" or "DNS error or host not found".

These are two completly different errors but look very similar.

Cheers,
Stefan.

Hi Javier,

this error code indicates a hardware problem with one of your disks. It can
also happen if there is a disk that is not formatted.
