Is it looking for a particular file?
It could be looking for the eval CD perhaps? You could pop that in...
Failing that, you can always just save away your com.cfg file and link service
settings, remove/re-install standard, then import the config again. If the
servername/domain name is the same (which it will be) then you don't even need
to import via snacfg.exe - you could just copy the com.cfg file straight into
<sna>\system\config and restart the SNA services.
| Quote: | Please help! I'm nearly at the end of my evaluation with resources online
for this new product. When I try to install the licensed copy of HIS 2004,
here's what happens:
- Insert CD and select Server installation
- Accept license agreement
- Installation program notifies me that it has detected the evaluation
version and that it will perform an upgrade to the Standard version (sounds
good to me...)
- The installation proceeds for about a minute or so and looks to be doing
what it needs to be doing.
- Dialog box pops up...At what is probably near the end of the installation,
a message titled "Microsoft Host Integration Server 2004 Installation Wizard"
with the following request:
Please insert the disk: Microsoft Host Integration Server 2004
....Well, the disk is alredy in the CD drive...
Any help is greatly appreciated!
