Is there some documentation that will assist me with moving just the
Sharepoint DB's another server. We are interested in using 1 main enterprise
SQL server. All I can find out there is doc's on upgrading from MSDE to SQL.
I want to move SQL to diff SQL and add a new Top Level pointing to the new
server. Any help?

I suspect that you have posted to the wrong newsgroup.

This is the newsgroup for the back product SharePoint Team Services which
came out in 2001 and was superceded in October 2003.
