can someone guide me on what's the best way to back up
HIS & SNA servers? my question is what shuold I be
backing up on those servers?

It depends what you are using HIS and SNA Server for. As a rule you should
only need to backup the "com.cfg" found in the system\config directory of the
SNA or HIS server.

On servers were we do alot of printing I also like to backup the print
queues and use Printmig 3.1 for that.

I have used Robocopy to just automatically copy com.cfg config file for each
of our server off to another server at various intervals and this works well
for us.
