Control Database connection during Install possible? |
|
|
I already have a SQL2K database running in the network, but configured with
non-default connectivity such as TCP using a special port, enforced
multi-protocol encryption and more, the things that are offered when
deploying SQL2K and exposed through the Server Utility.
Is it possible to either control database connectivity during installation
or re-configure immediately afterwards?
I am somehow able to create the required databases during installation but
the website is unable to connect to the configuration database.
TIA,

This is not the newsgroup for SPS 2003 or WSS.
This is SharePoint Team Services which does not have a configuration
database.
Please post to microsoft.public.sharepoint.portalserver (SPS) or
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices (WSS)
