Lost! Administrator Template |
|
|
I have to reinstall SBS 2003 SD. After the reinstall I went to add a user
and the Administrator Template is missing. The only ones there is
PowerUser, Mobile User and User. I was using the Admin Temp before the
reinstall but now it is gone. If I go in to add template and try to make
another Administrator Template it gives me the warning that the template
already exist. Can someone tell me what to do or how to fix this problem.

Well first off... why are you even using the AD template because you
really SHOULD be using the Power user/Mobile and user. I've NEVER set
up a user on my system with an admin template.....ever.
If you are wanting admin rights on the local machine, you add the local
rights THERE not on the admin template on the server.

I figured I would get some response on why am I using Admin rTempl. But
this still does not answer the question. Where did the template go.
