If you go to Microsoft SharePoint Administraor under Administrative Tools,
the page loads fine and you can click on the Administration/Extend links with
no problems. If you click on the web name to adminster the web, you are
asked to login (like always) but no accounts are able to login. I have tried
local admins and domain admins but nothing worked. I removed SP1 and it went
back to normal. Any Ideas?

Well it has not been finalized. I'd suggest reporting the bug.
