Hi,

I am using commerce server 2002. When I want to remove all content in
“publish campaign” window and create a new “maketing and discount campaign”,
I am not able to publish my discounts : I have nothing in “publish
campaign”. I need to wait for something being displayed => is this natural?
if
yes, is it possible to modify this delay ?

I also have a problem when I wish to publish a discount : the date in “last
published” column located in “publish campaign” window isn’t updated. Is this
a problem occurring while updating information or is this related to a
problem of date displaying?

When I rebuild my site everything updates pretty well!

Thanks a lot,

I'm having a little problem following your message (it's a little
garbaged), but I believe there *might* be a misunderstanding of what the
delete button does in the "Public Campaigns" screen. It doesn't delete the
campaigns, it deletes the registration of that Web server/Virtual directory
pair in the database. That will get re-registered by the runtime cache
loader component (CSFLoadAdvertisements/CSFLoadDiscounts) the next time the
corresponding cache is refreshed (e.g. if RefreshInterval for the cache is
nonzero or the app is restarted or CacheManager.RefreshCache is called).

So don't use the delete button from this screen unless you have removed a
Web server and/or Virtual Directory from your site.

Simply use the "Refresh" button :-)
