You may want to look into the eDial IM Web Access Server product

I have not yet had the opportunity to try it against LCS 2005, but
understand that it works fine with both LCS 2005 and LCS 2003.
Their web client has a similar look and feel to the Windows Messenger
client.
Note: eDial was purchased by Alcatel in September. You may want to take
the time to verify that they will continue with R&D on this product, should
you decide to purchase it for your Mac clients.
