Zeunni,
Any chance you have the entire log? When it fails and you select view log,
can you include that?
Typically (thinking back to my Exchange days) this is a problem with
another Schema operation. Any chance this is occurring in two places or
another application is trying to extend the schema?
The other possibility is Read Only as described in this article:

Hi,
I'm try to set up LCS 2005 get error when I run "Prep Schema" and the error
message show that "Failure 0X8007200E The Directory service is busy" my
environment as below
Server A = Windows 2000 Domain with Exchange 2003 Server (First Domain
controller"
Server B = Windows 2003 Domain (Join domain with server A)
Help me please, Thank you in advance
