I am having trouble getting images through to a client on a SBS network.

They can log in and see the main screen but no picture, this is working when
I look from home.

It is on a public IP address (not internal)

I have excluded this in the "do not use proxy server for addresses beg
with."

I have the same camera's on internal ip which work great.

Hope this falls within the scope of SBS if not then I appologise !!

I imagine maybe I have to open a port for it ???

Monty :-)

do you have isa installed? common response from prior posts is that making
a web cam work from behind SBS has been unsucceessful. we may need to wait
for SBS SP1 with ISA 2004 in mid year.

Yes I have ISA installed.
Do you know when this update may be available?

Expected release of SBS2003 SP1 is 'mid year' -- with initial beta testing
to start sometime in January -- that's all we know
