The ipsecpol command that is part of the Windows 2000 Resource Kit doesn't
work in Windows 2003 or XP. Where can I get a version of this command that
will work on Windows 2003? This command is used for setting security
policies from the command line. If there is another tool that does this that
would suit me as well. I want to be able to set rights such as "Login as a
service" to user accounts via a command line tool.

Ntrights can configure user rights from the command line and netsh is used
to configure ipsec command line in W2003. --- Steve

syntax is case sensitive.

http://tinyurl.com/2quqy -- same link, shorter on netsh ipsec.
