Can anybody advise on the following problems with data warehouse database?

1. The PathInfo table is missing.
2. ReferrerU and ReferrerD columns are missing from Visit table.
3. Relation between Products and OrderFormLineItem tables is broken. The
productsid column in OrderFormLineItem table populated with 0x00000001 value.

What version of CS are you using?

The PathInfo table is created by the Prepare Reports task when doing path
analysis. Have you been running imports and prepare reports?

I don't see ReferrerU and ReferrerD as part of a base schema. Where did
you get these column names?

The 0x00000001 index means that the lookup for the products failed, and the
default value was used.

I am using CS2002.

1. I have been running all DTS in specified in BOL order including web logs.

2. In BOL "ETL Process for the Web Server Log Import DTS Task" both
ReferrerU and ReferrerD are indicated as target columns of Visit table in
Warehouse.

3. From BOL I understood that 0x00000001 index means that the
lookup for the products failed and I guess this is the result of recommended
run order - Transaction Data Import first and then Product Catalog. So is
there any solution except for running a custom sql query?
