Can't cluster domain based DFS, only standalone.
I wish it was possible..... hint, hint MS

Domain-based roots. Domain-based roots are not supported on shared cluster
storage. Domain-based roots are supported only on a cluster node's local
storage. If a domain-based root is hosted on a cluster node's local storage,
and the node fails or is taken offline, the namespace is not available
unless there is another root target (either on another node's local storage
or on another server in the domain).
