RE: Commerce Server 2002 Great Plains 7.5 Integration |

Hey Robin - no answers here, but here at my company we're embarking on a new
website and wanting to integrate with our GP back office. We're currently
looking at a framework from Nodus Technologies, which uses eConnect to
interact with the GP database. I'm not sure if it fits the bill for what
you're wanting to do, but it might be worth a look.

connect Great Plains back-end data to Commerce Server?
I have a very successful brick and mortar who launched a website last year.
They are using both CS2002 and GP7.5. They are NOT using biz desk to manage
their catalog because they don't want their inventory data in BOTH GP and CS.
They don't want to give up GP because their entire store is run with this as
the backend. They don't want to put all the catalog data in CS and retain
two data stores (of course). What they need is for these two systems to talk
seamlessly WITHOUT upgrading GP or incorporating an expensive solution
(biztalk).
Has anyone had any success using the connectors? thanks for any help. |
