We have a hub and spoke topology for our FRS setup. I've noticed several
times that when I place a bunch of files on our 'hub' server to replicate
out, that when the data reaches the out lying offices (the spokes) that the
'backlogged files' in sonar jumps up. Does anyone know why this is
happening? Shouldn't the out lying offices just accept the files and be done
with it? It looks at if they are trying to replicate their changes back to
the hub.

Any clue guys?
