Problem with Microsoft commerce Server setup |
|
|
Hi all,
I just bought Microsoft Commerce Server Standard Edition 1 processor
license. Before I bought the software I read the Microft web site regarding
the licensing. It said that hyperthread CPU is treated as 1 processor (I am
running a P4 hyperthread). Now the setup refused to recognize the key saying
that I have 2 processors in the computer.
I can not find a telephone number in the software box I can reach. Anyone
has the similiar experience before?
Appreciate your help. Thanks! |

It is a Commerce Server 2002.
Tried a couple of times finanally found that it is not a CPU licensing
issue, the product key coming with the box is not working at all. I asked
the reseller for an exchange.
