Does anyone have a vb snippet that will generate the unicode/base64
string that is needed to set a password via LDAP?

I don't think this is going to happen in vbscript unless you write some code
in another language that can give you a byte array as unicode encoded text
from a string.

This is pretty easy to do in .NET or C++ though.

Why not just call SetPassword?
