How can I create a form that I need to use on a daily basis but I do not want
the e-mail sent automatically. I have a standard e-mail that I need to send
to new users and do not want to type this e-mail over and over every time.

thanks

Copy and Paste works well. Kidding aside, you may want to check with the
Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook newsgroup(s). The Instant Messaging
features were stripped out of Exchange when 2003 came out. Thus, the
LiveComm newsgroup serves the Live Communications Server community (Instant
Messaging, presence, collaboration).
