Hi guys ive worked out how to make an ADM file that adds or amends existing
keys but I have this key i want to implement.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{540D8A8B-1C3F-4E32-8132-530F6A502090}]
@="Language bar" "MenuTextPUI"="@%SystemRoot%\\System32\\msutb.dll,-325"

It deletes the key it mentions and i cant work out how to do this in a
custom ADM file.

Any of you scripting gods can help me?

Cheers

I will suggest You to make some startup script which will delete this
key and assig it to machines using GPO
