Whenever i log in as a new user and it creates a profile and pops up the
bloody language bar question mark next to the clock even if there is only 1
language installed. I then have to close it and tick the box do not show
again. I do not want the users to see this but I also dont want to have to
log into XP as a user everytime I give out a new machine or account.

Any ideas? I cant find a GPO setting for this.

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Regional and
Language Options\Restrict selection of Windows menus and dialogs language

Tried that setting and the little question mark still appears anyway :/

for anyone interested here is the fix
